Is my information confidential?
Medical records contain sensitive health data. They are processed for the purposes described in our Privacy Notice and on the applicable legal basis for your request. Access is limited to authorised persons involved in the agreed service.
Documents are forwarded to another physician or hospital only after you have been informed of the intended recipient and have authorised the transfer.
What happens after my review?
